Telluride Multimedia and Grand Junction Publishing, Inc.
Telluride Multimedia and Grand Junction Publishing, Inc. produces telluride.net and grandjunction.org.
The goal of the of telluride.net is to have 25,000 visitor sessions* per month by the end of the first year.
By second year’s end, that number will increase to 50,000 visitor sessions
a month, and by year three traffic, is expected to grow to 75,000 visitor sessions
per month.
It is our aspiration to provide the most efficient advertising medium in
Southwest Colorado.
The Network
Grand Junction Publishing is not only going to developing a community web guide
and printed community guide for Telluride, but for the Southwest Colorado
communities of Grand Junction and Montrose as well. The expected launch dates
for Montrose is November 1, 2008. There are also plans for a total of seven
community guides over the next year and a half.
On the web side of things, this “network” is designed
to send and build traffic between the affiliated community guide sites. Due
to our intensive web marketing, it is our hope that someone researching information
about any community
in Southwest Colorado will at some point visit one of our affiliated sites.
Additionally, a printed guide will serve these communities as well.
The printed guide will be designed in sections to accommodate every community
within the network. Different covers will be printed for each community
and distributed there. This strategy provides targeted branding while keeping
down print costs and increasing distribution of your advertising over a
much wider area. Also this same guide will be distributed via each web
site for requests for printed information from every page within each guide
site.
Traffic and readership goals for the total Network in three years are
2.5 million visitor sessions for the web guide and 250,000 readers for
the printed guide per year.
